Don’t miss KABNSW’s Tidy Towns Award Weekend 3-5 November 2023 hosted in Scone NSW
Keep Australia Beautiful NSW and Scone are hosting the 2023 Sustainable Communities Tidy Towns Awards Weekend from 3 – 5 November 2023 to reward and recognise the achievements of our awards program participants.The weekend will commence on Friday 3 November with a Welcome Function at Scone Arts and Crafts.
On Saturday morning at the Scone Bowling Club we will present some of the category winners along with some inspiring case studies to be followed by lunch. After lunch there is an opportunity to join a tour of Yarraman Park Stud, participate in a Scone Heritage Walk*, take a picturesque hike along the Scone Mountain Figtree Creek Track, visit the Hunter Warbirds Museum* or go to the Bloom Markets.
The festivities will continue on Saturday evening with the announcement of the remaining category winners and the overall winner at the awards presentation dinner at the Scone Racing Club.
The weekend will wrap up with breakfast on Sunday morning in the Scone Community Garden.

The Tidy Towns Awards were created to, firstly, celebrate the amazing achievements of regional and rural towns, community groups, organisations, and individuals, and secondly, to provide a medium through which we can all apply learnings, feedback, and ideas to current or future projects.
