Unlocking the benefits of product Stewardship for Local Government
Sustainability Seminar
9:00am for a 9:15am start – 12:30pm | Thursday 12 October 2023
Prince Henry Centre, 2 Coast Hospital Rd, Little Bay
Join us for a morning packed full of presentations from a range of speakers representing various Product Stewardship Programs both established and emerging to learn how your local government area can benefit from, and collaborate with, these initiatives.
The presenters will also participate in a panel to take your questions in an open participatory session allowing you to come away with the knowledge and information you need to incorporate these schemes to the benefit of your council and its community. We will also discuss the vital role local governments play in facilitating community participation in product stewardship initiatives.
After the seminar, we invite you to join us for a delicious lunch and help to celebrate the achievements of councils, businesses, and community groups from across Greater Sydney at the 2023 Keep Australia Beautiful Sustainable Cities Awards luncheon.
